Registered Nurses (Emergency & Aged Care)

You will work closely with clients, families, support workers, allied health professionals, and medical practitioners to ensure safe and effective care. • Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments and ongoing client reviews
• Develop, implement and update individualised care plans
• Monitor client health and respond appropriately to changes in condition
• Provide medication management, wound care, continence care and other nursing services within scope of practice
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and reports
• Provide clinical guidance and support to care staff
• Work collaboratively with families, medical practitioners, allied health professionals and support coordinators
• Promote person-centred, safe and high-quality care
• Support quality improvement, compliance and clinical governance activities
• Manage caseloads effectively while maintaining professional standards

• Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA
• Current Australian driver's licence
• Access to a reliable vehicle
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Strong organisational and time management abilities
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
• Professional, compassionate and client-focused approach
• Experience in community nursing, aged care, disability support or home care is highly regarded
• Current Police Check and relevant employment clearances or willingness to obtain them
• Current immunisation records or willingness to meet workplace requirements
• Commitment to long-term employment and professional development
