Registered Nurses (Emergency & Aged Care)

• Provide high-quality nursing care to residents and patients
• Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individual care plans
• Administer medications safely and accurately
• Monitor residents' health and respond to clinical changes
• Provide nursing interventions and treatments
• Collaborate with doctors, allied health professionals, and healthcare teams
• Communicate regularly with residents' families regarding care and treatment
• Support residents to maintain dignity, independence, and quality of life
• Supervise and guide enrolled nurses and care staff
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and records
• Ensure compliance with aged care standards, policies, and legislation
• Participate in multidisciplinary care planning and clinical decision-making
• Promote a safe, caring, and professional healthcare environment

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or equivalent qualification
• Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse
• Minimum 3 months of Registered Nurse experience in Australia, or a minimum of 2 years of overseas Registered Nurse experience
• Experience in aged care is highly regarded
• Strong leadership, communication, and clinical decision-making skills
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
• Knowledge of aged care standards and legislative requirements
• Experience with safe medication administration
• Excellent computer and clinical documentation skills
• Empathetic, compassionate, and committed to person-centred care
• Current National Police Check (or willingness to obtain one)
