Registered Nurses (Emergency & Aged Care)

An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Registered Nurse to join a supportive aged care team in New South Wales.

• Provide high-quality nursing care to aged care residents
• Assess, monitor and respond to residents' health and wellbeing needs
• Develop and implement appropriate care plans
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with relevant procedures
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation
• Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals and care staff
• Support residents with their daily health and care requirements
• Identify changes in residents' conditions and respond appropriately
• Promote a safe, respectful and supportive environment for residents
• Communicate effectively with residents, families and members of the care team
• Maintain compliance with relevant aged care, health and safety standards
• Contribute positively to a collaborative and supportive workplace

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
• Current experience working as a Registered Nurse in Australia
• Valid Australian working rights
• Current Police Check
• Previous aged care nursing experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude and strong team-focused approach
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary care team
• Genuine willingness to relocate to regional NSW
• Commitment to relocate and live in the regional NSW area
• Ability to commit to a minimum 2-year employment term
• Eligible candidates may be considered for 186 visa sponsorship
