Key Responsibilities
- Run financial control and the day-to-day operations of the funds.
- Review and quality-check outsourced fund administration, property accounting and tax advice.
- Lead financial reporting across NAV calculations, cashflow forecasting and financing arrangements, and assist with compliance.
- Liaise with internal finance and compliance teams, investment partners as required, and external Accountants, Auditors and Bankers.
Requirements & Eligibility
- CA/CPA qualified
- Client-relevant experience in funds or property as an FM or Senior FM
- Excellent written and verbal communication, a strong work ethic and initiative, approaching work proactively and positively
