Account Manager
The Opportunity
This Account Manager opening in Melbourne sits inside a busy labour hire team that recruits blue-collar staff for transport and logistics, manufacturing and horticulture. It is full-time and permanent, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, with your days divided between the desk and client workplaces.
From a recruiter's view, the hiring team wants three things: someone who keeps clients happy face to face, someone who can fill many orders without errors, and someone who can manage casual workers fairly, including payroll and safety questions. Qualified candidates of every background can apply, and that covers anyone who needs a sponsored visa.
To stand out, mirror these duties in your application and back each one with an example. Your CV should show client retention, placement numbers and the rostering software you use. If it needs work, use Build AI CV to tailor your account manager CV for Melbourne before you hit apply.
