Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls
- Provide sales advice and quotes to customers
- Create rental contracts and complete each transaction
- Coordinate vehicle movements, including delivering and picking up vehicles
- Take care of administration in the office
- Maintain customer accounts
- Groom the vehicle and rental fleet at the branch so it meets the highest standards
- Make sure every necessary compliance check has been carried out
- Help to identify repair and maintenance issues and escalate them, and manage damages and maintenance as required
Requirements & Eligibility
- Full Class 1 Driver Licence or an equivalent from overseas
- Basic to intermediate skills on a computer
- Previous service experience in a customer-facing role; the vehicle rental industry is ideally where it comes from, but this is not essential
- Previous experience in grooming, which is preferred but not essential
- Excellent skills in customer service and communication
- A phone manner that is confident
- Great attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills
