• Carry out tree pruning, removals, and general arboriculture work
• Perform climbing, rigging, and aerial tree operations where qualified
• Operate chainsaws, chippers, stump grinders, and other arboricultural equipment
• Conduct site assessments and identify potential hazards
• Maintain high standards of workplace health and safety
• Inspect and maintain equipment to ensure safe operation
• Work efficiently as part of a team to complete projects safely and on schedule
• Assist with traffic management and site preparation where required
• Maintain a clean and organised work environment
• Provide high-quality workmanship and professional customer service
• Support and mentor junior team members where appropriate
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development

• Relevant Arboriculture qualification or equivalent industry experience
• Previous experience in tree pruning, removals, and general arboriculture is preferred
• Junior Arborists with a strong willingness to learn are encouraged to apply
• Ability to work safely at heights and in outdoor environments
• Experience with climbing, rigging, and arboricultural equipment is advantageous
• Strong commitment to workplace health and safety
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn
• Current Full Class 1 driver's licence or equivalent
• Willingness to obtain higher-class vehicle licences with employer support
