• Deliver high-quality haircuts, fades and contemporary barbering styles
• Perform professional beard trims and grooming services
• Consult with clients to understand their preferred styles and grooming requirements
• Maintain consistently high standards of workmanship and attention to detail
• Provide friendly, professional and personalised customer service
• Build and maintain positive relationships with regular and new clients
• Maintain excellent hygiene, cleanliness and workplace safety standards
• Keep barbering equipment, workstations and shop areas clean and organised
• Contribute to a positive, professional and welcoming workplace environment
• Work effectively both independently and as part of a supportive team
• Maintain knowledge of current barbering trends, styles and techniques
• Follow workplace procedures and professional standards

• Qualified and experienced Barber
• Demonstrated experience in cutting, fading and modern barbering techniques
• Strong beard trimming and grooming skills
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Professional presentation and client-focused approach
• Ability to maintain high hygiene and safety standards
• Australian work rights or eligibility to obtain appropriate work rights
