Rope Access Technician

A growing specialist building maintenance company is seeking motivated Rope Access Technicians at Level 1, 2 or 3 to join its professional team in Victoria.

The role involves working across commercial and building maintenance projects, using rope access techniques to deliver safe, precise and high-quality services. Projects may include window cleaning, painting, caulking, glazing, façade inspections and remedial works.

This opportunity suits experienced technicians as well as Level 1 technicians looking to build their skills and progress within the industry. Full-time work is available from Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturday work.

• Perform rope access work across commercial and building maintenance projects
• Carry out high-rise and difficult-access window cleaning
• Complete painting and surface maintenance works
• Perform caulking and sealing works
• Assist with glazing and façade maintenance
• Conduct façade inspections and remedial works
• Follow rope access procedures and workplace safety requirements
• Maintain equipment and ensure all work is completed safely and professionally
• Work effectively as part of a professional site team
• Maintain high standards of workmanship and attention to detail

• Current IRATA or SPRAT certification at Level 1, 2 or 3
• Minimum 500 logged rope access hours for Level 1 technicians
• Current Construction White Card
• Current First Aid certification
• Strong commitment to workplace health and safety
• Reliable, punctual and detail-oriented approach
• Relevant experience in window cleaning, painting, concrete repair, caulking or glazing is preferred
• Australian driver's licence is preferred
• Ability to work Monday to Friday with occasional Saturday work
• Relevant qualifications, tickets and verified work experience
• Willingness to undertake additional training and develop professionally
