We are seeking experienced Level 4 Health & Wellbeing Caregivers with medication competency to support residents in a welcoming residential care environment.

Multiple full-time, part-time, and fixed-term opportunities are available across various rostered shifts, including weekend work. This is an excellent opportunity for caregivers who are passionate about improving the lives of elderly residents while advancing their careers in New Zealand.

• Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities
• Support residents with mobility in accordance with individual care plans
• Administer medications within your competency and workplace guidelines
• Monitor residents' wellbeing and report any changes to nursing staff
• Maintain accurate care records and documentation
• Promote residents' independence, dignity, and quality of life
• Encourage participation in social and recreational activities
• Build positive relationships with residents, families, and colleagues
• Follow infection control, health and safety, and aged care policies
• Contribute to a safe, respectful, and supportive care environment
• Work collaboratively with nurses and the wider care team
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development

• NZQA Health and Wellbeing Certificate Level 4 or equivalent qualification
• Medication competency is essential
• Minimum 1 year of experience in aged residential care is preferred
• Strong understanding of person-centred care practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
• Compassionate, reliable, and committed to providing high-quality care
• Willingness to work rostered shifts, including weekends where required
