Commercial Refrigeration Service Technician

A leading commercial refrigeration service provider in Queensland is seeking an experienced Commercial Refrigeration Technician to join its growing team. You will be responsible for servicing, maintaining, diagnosing, and repairing a wide range of commercial refrigeration systems while delivering high-quality workmanship and excellent customer service. • Service and repair commercial refrigeration systems
• Diagnose faults and perform effective troubleshooting
• Carry out preventative maintenance on refrigeration equipment
• Complete repairs and attend service callouts during normal business hours
• Service cool rooms, freezer rooms, display cabinets, and refrigeration plant
• Complete electronic job reports accurately using service management software
• Assist the installation team when required
• Maintain high standards of workmanship and customer service
• Follow workplace health and safety procedures at all times
• Work efficiently both independently and as part of a team

• Qualified Refrigeration Mechanic or equivalent recognised trade qualification
• Current ARCtick Refrigerant Handling Licence
• Current Disconnect/Reconnect Licence
• Previous experience servicing commercial refrigeration systems
• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Current Australian driver's licence or the ability to obtain one
• Experience working with supermarket refrigeration systems, CO₂ refrigeration systems, and refrigeration controls is highly regarded but not essential
• Strong commitment to workplace safety and quality workmanship
• Ability to work independently and manage service schedules effectively
