We are seeking skilled Painters to join a well-established and growing trade services company in the Canterbury region, New Zealand. Key Responsibilities

Carry out interior and exterior painting on residential and commercial projects
Prepare surfaces by filling, sanding, masking, cleaning, and priming
Apply paint using brushes, rollers, and airless spray equipment
Complete high-quality finishing work to professional standards
Operate and maintain painting tools and equipment safely
Work efficiently to meet project deadlines
Follow workplace health and safety procedures at all times
Work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
Maintain a clean and organised work area
Travel to project sites and stay away from home when required
Deliver excellent workmanship and professional customer service

Requirements & Eligibility

Proven experience as a professional painter
Strong surface preparation and finishing skills
Experience using brushes and rollers
Airless spray painting experience highly desirable (essential for senior-level applicants)
Wallpapering experience is an advantage but not essential
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Positive attitude and excellent work ethic
Ability to work independently and within a team
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Commitment to workplace health and safety
Valid driver's licence
Willingness to travel for work when required
