• Provide professional hair care advice and product recommendations to clients
• Perform hair colouring, highlighting and chemical straightening services
• Shampoo, condition and prepare clients' hair and scalps for treatments
• Perform women's haircuts using scissors, thinning scissors and clippers
• Carry out men's haircutting and styling services
• Create session styling and hairstyles for formal events and special occasions
• Work with hair pieces, braids and other styling techniques where required
• Consult with clients to understand their preferred styles and provide suitable recommendations
• Maintain high standards of hairdressing, presentation and client service
• Deliver a friendly and professional experience throughout each client appointment
• Work collaboratively with other members of the salon team
• Assist in maintaining a clean, organised and professional salon environment
• Build strong relationships with clients and contribute to growing a loyal clientele

• Senior Hairdresser with relevant professional experience
• Maximum of 5 years' professional hairdressing experience
• Confident and capable across cutting, colouring and styling
• Practical experience with highlighting and chemical hair treatments
• Competent in both women's and men's haircutting
• Strong styling skills for formal and special occasions
• Good knowledge of hair care products and client recommendations
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Friendly, reliable and well-presented
• Team-oriented with a positive and professional attitude
• Able to work independently while contributing effectively to a team
• Willingness to work flexible hours
