An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join a well-established recruitment business operating across Australia. This permanent role offers outstanding flexibility, allowing you to work from a home office while managing your own schedule and enjoying an uncapped earning potential.

You will manage permanent recruitment assignments across a variety of industries, working with quality job leads generated through marketing campaigns and website enquiries, while also contributing to business development within your region. Administrative support, modern recruitment technology, and ongoing team collaboration are provided, allowing you to focus on building strong client and candidate relationships.

• Manage end-to-end permanent recruitment processes from job briefing through placement
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
• Manage recruitment assignments across multiple industries
• Source, screen and interview suitable candidates
• Coordinate candidate presentations and recruitment processes
• Maintain accurate records using recruitment systems
• Generate new business opportunities through local market networking
• Conduct regular business development activities with prospective clients
• Attend scheduled online team meetings
• Achieve recruitment and placement targets
• Monitor recruitment performance and key business metrics
• Work independently while collaborating with the wider recruitment team

• Minimum 3 years' Recruitment Agency / Recruitment Consultant experience in Australia
• Currently located in ACT
• Ability to work from a fully equipped home office
• Available to work a minimum of 4 hours per day and at least 4 days per week
• Strong track record of recruitment performance and measurable results
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Resilient, driven and goal-oriented attitude
• Business development capability
• Experience using JobAdder is highly regarded
• Experience using SEEK PTS is highly regarded
