Solar Roofer

We are seeking experienced Solar Roofers to join a growing and well-established renewable energy company in the ACT. This is a permanent full-time opportunity offering stable, year-round work, competitive remuneration, career development, and a strong commitment to workplace safety.

• Install rooftop solar PV systems in accordance with industry standards
• Prepare and secure mounting systems on residential and commercial roofs
• Install solar panels and associated rooftop components safely and efficiently
• Read and interpret installation plans and technical drawings
• Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and company procedures
• Inspect completed installations to maintain quality standards
• Work safely at heights using appropriate safety equipment
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work vehicles in good condition
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
• Complete required job documentation accurately
• Support a clean, safe, and organised work environment
• Participate in ongoing training and continuous improvement initiatives

• Minimum 2 years of proven experience in rooftop solar installation
• Strong knowledge of solar roofing installation practices
• Ability to work safely at heights
• White Card
• Working at Heights Certificate
• Silica Awareness Certificate
• Asbestos Awareness Certificate
• Current Australian driver's licence
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong commitment to workplace health and safety
