Product Engineer

• Manage the transition of new products from prototype to full production
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, purchasing, and manufacturing teams throughout product development
• Develop, validate, and improve manufacturing processes for electronic and mechanical products
• Support manufacturing test systems, fixtures, and production equipment
• Investigate manufacturing, testing, and product quality issues using structured root cause analysis
• Implement corrective and preventive actions to improve product reliability and manufacturing performance
• Analyse production data and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, and cost
• Support lean manufacturing initiatives and continuous process improvement projects
• Prepare and maintain engineering documentation, manufacturing procedures, test plans, and engineering change documentation
• Work closely with suppliers and manufacturing partners to support production readiness and ongoing improvements
• Provide technical support during production and assist with sustaining engineering activities
• Participate in occasional international travel as required

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related engineering discipline
• Minimum 5 years of experience within electronics and mechanical manufacturing environments
• Strong understanding of new product introduction (NPI) and manufacturing readiness processes
• Experience developing, supporting, or troubleshooting manufacturing test fixtures and production equipment
• Knowledge of electronics manufacturing, assembly processes, quality systems, and inventory management
• Ability to analyse manufacturing processes and implement productivity and quality improvements
• Experience with PCB assembly manufacturing and electronic production testing is highly desirable
• Familiarity with engineering documentation or product lifecycle management systems is advantageous
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams
• Professional English communication skills
• Willingness to travel internationally on an occasional basis
