Security Supervisor

An excellent opportunity is available for an experienced Shift Security Supervisor to join a professional security team supporting a leading technology and cloud infrastructure environment in Victoria. This full-time position offers the chance to lead security operations within a high-security data centre, ensuring the safety of people, property, and critical infrastructure.

Working on a rotating 4-on, 4-off roster covering both day and night shifts, you will supervise security personnel, maintain compliance with security procedures, and deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.

• Supervise, lead, and coordinate the security team during each shift
• Ensure compliance with all security policies, procedures, and client requirements
• Monitor and manage access control and security screening processes
• Conduct routine audits and inspections to maintain service quality and compliance
• Respond to security incidents and coordinate appropriate actions
• Prepare accurate incident reports and daily activity logs
• Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams
• Provide outstanding customer service to visitors, contractors, and employees
• Support the protection of critical infrastructure and secure facilities
• Maintain a safe, professional, and compliant working environment
• Work rotating day and night shifts on a 4-on, 4-off roster

• Minimum five years' experience within the security industry
• Previous security supervisory or team leadership experience
• Current valid Security Licence for the relevant Australian state (or equivalent)
• Australian Baseline or NV1 Security Clearance, or eligibility to obtain clearance
• Australian citizenship or eligibility to meet security clearance requirements
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong observational, decision-making, and conflict resolution skills
• Proven customer service experience with the ability to multitask
• Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to prepare professional reports and maintain accurate records
• Ability to work rotating day and night shifts
