• Provide professional hair cutting, colouring, styling and finishing services
• Perform balayage, blonde colouring and creative colour techniques
• Deliver keratin smoothing and other specialised hair treatments
• Consult with clients to recommend suitable hairstyles and treatments
• Maintain exceptional customer service throughout every appointment
• Build and maintain strong long-term client relationships
• Stay up to date with current hair trends and industry techniques
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the salon and workstations
• Recommend and promote professional hair care products where appropriate
• Work collaboratively with the salon team to achieve outstanding client experiences
• Manage appointments efficiently while maintaining high service standards
• Contribute to a welcoming, positive and professional salon environment

• Recognised Hairdressing qualification
• Previous experience as a Senior Hairdresser
• Strong skills in cutting, colouring and styling
• Experience with balayage, blonde work and modern colouring techniques preferred
• Knowledge of keratin treatments and other professional hair services
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Professional presentation and positive attitude
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
